About Hank

Hank at 69

My name is Hank Heister, 69 years young, married to my bride for 47 years, father of three, grandfather of three and going through my third puberty and loving this trip more than ever!

My background starts with my German parents arriving in the US in 1925, born and raised in Rochester NY, worked in Boston, NYC as a VP for the 2nd largest NY Stock Exchange firm then owned by Ross Perot and in 1974 left Wall Street, moved to California and haven’t had another “corporate” job since.  :)

My business ventures have had a wide range and during this time became a researcher of nutrition, life and wellness. I have made my living running various business’ and the last 20 years had the freedom of earning a living doing what I love to do, that is, working with people and helping them get and stay well!  I have also helped hundreds of people obtain wealth using network marketing as the financial vehicle.  The stress from trying to deal with making a “living” uses about 75% of our energies and I believe that “stress” is the #1 method to “shut down” your Immune system!  Having multiple streams of income brings a degree of time, freedom and security – that has been the biggest benefit – no boss!  The word “security” in corporate America has NO meaning!

The reality is that it is difficult to help people when you’re broke!  Praying for someone in the street is great, however, praying AND giving them something to eat and a way out of the street is much better.  Ross Perot once taught us in a company meeting in NY, that you cannot become truly creative until you are wealthy, since we spend most of our time thinking about creating/retaining survival money!

I’ve been a researcher and health coach for many years and over those years have learned that without a healthy/vibrant cardiovascular system you have nothing!  I now give special attention to cardiovascular nutrition.  I also believe that our emotional component involves about 90% of causation of most diseases...  EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is one of the most effective methods to clear ourselves of blockages that impedes our wellbeing.  I have taught EFT to my young grandchildren!  My purpose and delight is to teach you how to get well and stay healthy.  Join me!

Hank, Great articles.. By the way, I have just completed my first month on cardio cocktail and see no change in my blood pressure, still between 145 and 165 over 70 to 80. Hopefully there will be a change soon. Can you list the side effects to linisprol and lotrel please.
    Thanks a bunch

Since we are all so different as to the degree of damage done to our cardiovascular system – we will all repair differently. The thing that I know for sure is that we need to produce nitric oxide daily to facilitate that repair. The level of prescription drugs and toxins that we ingest slows the bodies ability to repair. Stick with the Cardio and you will see the long term positive results of Dr Ignarro’s work… The side effects of linisprol can be seen at http://bit.ly/46RAw2 while lotrel at http://bit.ly/1Fhldl... Hope that helps. Be blessed.
